Travel is one of my passions. I always intend to put up information about the various places I visit, but once I get home I lose momentum. So, this will be a hodge podge of information for awhile, but if there's anything that's of interest to you, feel free to email me with questions. I will eventually try to put on some links of specific travel related posts from my blog.

I do, at times, get so frustrated by the bad information, or lack of any information, about a place that it does get me started. That very thing is what prompted creation of this page.

In looking for a hotel I was so frustrated by what I saw about the Excelsior Hotel. It was continually recommended but travelers had conflicting views on it. I kept wondering why no one bothered to take a photograph or two so we could see things for ourselves. Apparently, that was too simple of a solution. Well, I rectified that with five minutes and a camera.
