I post recipes from my personal files on a regular basis on my blog, and gather them all together in the recipe section of the website. Please enjoy!
I started doing cookbook reviews for Kansas Country Living in the mid 90s. It has been a real joy to write for this magazine over the last decade. Each month I've been lucky enough to get to share a different cookbook and some recipes with the readers.
I'm always amazed at the number of people who read "The Cook's Library" and who write or call. I love hearing from people. It's good to know we've not completely forgotten how to cook.
I worry about our society as a whole. We are forgetting how to feed ourselves, and that cannot be a good thing.
This is where I post any additions or corrections that get left out of the print version. I do it as soon as we realize it, so you don't have to wait for the magazine the following month.
This book has a dozen of my favorite cookie recipes and a story about each one. Share a little bit of my kitchen.
