Kansas Cookies Cookbook

I wrote Kansas Cookies about fifteen years ago. It was designed as a souvenir booklet and sold in tourist destinations around the state - a little something to take home as a momento.

Recently I updated the book and produced a few more copies.

This booklet is perfect for a gift. It slips into an envelope for mailing and is a nice surprise to get in the mail. I'll be happy to ship it to a different address if you want to send it as a gift.

It's 4 1/4 inches wide by 6 3/4 inches tall with a stapled binding.

It has a dozen recipes and each one has a story that tells about the recipe, how I found it, or a memorable time it was used. These are some of my favorite cookie recipes. The recipes are ones I make in my own kitchen, and the stories are written in a conversational tone.

I have collected cookbooks for more than 20 years and have over 1,000. I read them much like they're novels. I have been writing cookbook reviews for almost 20 years now.
